Rane has been working in dementia care for over 6 years. She has prior management experience in a group home setting for adults with dementia and has been with Heart to Home since 2020. Her love for Heart to Home and their residents made it an easy transition into house manager. She enjoys the home feeling that Heart to Home brings, creating strong bonds and new relationships. Rane is caring and has a benevolent spirit. Laughter can be heard wherever she goes as she loves to brighten her residents day. Rane takes pride in knowing her residents and building connections. She is looking forward to all she can learn and experience here at Heart to Home. During her free time Rane enjoys spending time with her family.
