As summer winds down, we’ve been soaking up every joyful moment here at Heart to Home. From special visits—including a heartwarming stop by a staff member’s grandbaby—to a lively Minnesota State Fair themed party, the past few weeks have been full of laughter and connection.

Our residents also got creative and hands-on with our cooking and baking club, as well as arts and crafts sessions that brought out everyone’s inner artist. It’s been a wonderful way to celebrate the season and make lasting memories together.

Here’s to a beautiful end of summer—and an exciting fall ahead!
