Heart to Home's Cherished Moments Care Program

We’ve enjoyed a wonderful winter and early spring season at Heart to Home Senior Care and Memory Care Homes in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Our homes have been filled with joy through special visits from musical guests, as well as the comforting presence of babies and puppies—moments that brought smiles to residents and staff alike.

Throughout the season, we’ve also taken part in a variety of meaningful activities through our Cherished Moments Care Program. This resident-centered approach is thoughtfully designed to support engagement, connection, and overall well-being, creating enriching experiences that nurture the whole person.
