Fall and Winter Happenings at Heart to Home

Fall and winter were truly special seasons at Heart to Home. Our residents stayed actively engaged in meaningful, purpose-filled activities and enjoyed celebrating the holidays alongside family and friends. Throughout the season, our homes were filled with music, creativity, and connection. Memorable moments included cheerful visits from local carolers, as well as spending time creating crafts and preparing meals to support local charities, allowing residents to give back and stay connected to the wider community.
