Angie Burnette

Angie Burnette, LALD, CAEd, CAC, CNA, CFM has been a valuable team member at Heart to Home since 2010. She has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, House Manager and is currently our Operations Manager / Licensed Assisted Living Director. She is a Certified Alzheimer's Caregiver and Dementia Care Trainer recognized by the National Certification Board for Alzheimer's Care. In addition she is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Licensed Food Manager who shows a true gift in caring for our residents. She has several years of experience in various long term care settings, but found her true passion in providing one-on-one care for our residents at Heart to Home. She has received extensive dementia care training and hospice training both in-house and through Care Providers of Minnesota and LeadingAge Minnesota. She is a wonderful trainer and mentor for our staff. She works diligently to ensure adequate staffing and training is maintained at all times. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
