Priscilla Amankwah-Akuffo, RN CNS

Priscilla brings years of valuable experience and dedication to Heart to Home, with a background that includes both assisted living and Transitional Care Unit settings. Throughout her nursing career, she has continued to strengthen her clinical expertise, particularly in providing compassionate care for older adults.

Priscilla began her nursing education at Inver Hills Community College, where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Metro State University. She is also a licensed Public Health Nurse.

What Priscilla loves most about Heart to Home is the close-knit, family-like environment where she can build genuine relationships with residents and provide truly personalized care. Her greatest reward is knowing that she can make a difference each day—whether through a kind conversation, a moment of connection, or simply bringing a smile to a resident’s face.
